  • Digital Products: All digital purchases (eBooks, audiobooks) are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for downloadable content.

  • Physical Products: Our physical products are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Please allow processing and delivery times as indicated during checkout.

    • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times vary by region and are visible at checkout.

    • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on location and product type at the time of purchase.

    • Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

    • Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, including photos and order details.
